What should I do with damaged euro banknotes?
Banknotes in euro or Luxembourg francs (issued by the Institut monétaire luxembourgeois and having legal tender on 31 December 2001) where less than half of the surface of the banknote is damaged may be reimbursed at the BCL numismatic building situated on 43 avenue Monterey (open to the public from Monday to Friday, from 10:30am to 04:00pm).
