The reproduction of banknotes and coins denominated in euro or francs is strictly regulated. Non-compliance with the rules may result in the application of provisions regarding the counterfeiting of banknotes and coins. For reproduction and counterfeiting separate provisions apply depending also on whether banknotes or coins are involved. For any reproduction of banknotes and coins - whether denominated in euro or Luxembourg francs - which does not meet the conditions set for the reproduction of the euro or the Luxembourg franc a written request must be made to the address listed below.
