REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR GUIDELINES OF THE EUROPEAN BANKING AUTHORITY ON REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR FRAUD DATA UNDER ARTICLE 96(6) OF THE DIRECTIVE (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2)
In Luxembourg, the reporting obligations under PSD2 were adopted via the Circular CSSF 19/712 and the related Circular letter addressed to all payment service providers and all branches of EEA’s payment service providers established in Luxembourg. Based on the operational collaboration between the Banque centrale du Luxembourg and the CSSF, this reporting is to be sent to the Banque centrale du Luxembourg.
The instructions and the template to be filled in by the payment service providers in the reporting process are available below.
Please note that this data collection will be discontinued after the reference period H2 2021 (due by 31/03/2022).
From January 2022, all reporting requirements will be included in the new CDDP6 reporting framework.
