The IMF’s Global Housing Watch constitutes a useful complement to the information figuring in my blog article “Residential real estate prices in Luxembourg” issued on 21 January 2022.
This cross-country dataset - combining data from various sources - includes almost 60 countries from six continents covering not only a vast range of housing structures, but also different monetary policy policies.
